US Domestic Shipping

US shipping is free on all our store products, and usually free on custom items. Shipping costs for large custom items are discussed as part of the design process.

International Shipping

Shipping outside of the US are kept low, you’ll see your shipping costs as you check out. Shipping discounts are available for multi-item purchases.

Returns

Shop Returns

All of MODmobiles store items are available to return for a full refund, providing they are carefully repacked. We request that the buyer pay return shipping costs. To reduce potential need for a return, feel free contact us to get all the information, additional pictures, video, and sizing you’ll need to make the perfect choice.

60 Days to Return

You’ve got plenty of time to make sure it feels right. Go ahead and hang it up. Contact us within 60 days of purchase to arrange a return of a stock store item. If a return is requested between 60 and 90 days, we may ask that you consider an exchange, rather than a refund.

Custom Items

Custom items are non-refundable, but we make sure to work out every detail with you before building, to make sure it’s going to be just right.
