Our stock products are returnable for a full refund if they return to us in the same condition they arrived to you. Contact us for help in repackaging properly. Shipping costs to locations outside the USA are not refundable.
Custom items are sometimes returnable, depending on the degree of customization. Discuss your specific custom item's returnability before you buy.
